CH3093 carbon deoxidizer is a hydrogen-free combustion-type deoxidizer suitable for inert gases such as nitrogen.It can purify common nitrogen (oxygen content 0.1%) through a carbon-based deoxidizer purification unit.
CH3093 requires no hydrogen addition. It features:
High deoxidation depth (residual O₂ ≤ 1 ppm)
Large deoxidation capacity (1200–1500 ml/g)
Easy operation and reliable performance
It uses a direct combustion deoxidation method.At a heating temperature of 260°C–320°C, common nitrogen with 0.1%–0.2% oxygen is processed by the CH3093 carbon deoxidizer.Oxygen in the nitrogen reacts with carbon in the deoxidizer to form trace carbon dioxide (< 1 ppm/m³), producing high-purity nitrogen up to 99.9995%.
Note: The deoxidizer needs to be replenished regularly.
